Activity 1


Do you know all the food in the food pyramid? Can you think of more?
Work in groups and find at least three more kinds of food to put in the category you are assigned to.
(Don't forget to attach the pictures!)
Group 1: Vegetables
Group 2: Fruits
Group 3: Meat and Fish
Group 4: Dairy products
Group 5: Grain products
Group 6: Fat, Oil, Salt and Sugar

Hello challengers of healthy eating!
Earlier in class we have discussed about the difference between "fewer" and "less". Watch this video to review it again. After that, complete the quiz right under the video and see how well you understand the difference!

Your group is going to write a recommendation to advise your classmates on healthy diet.
Choose one of the lunchboxes above.

    It is good for her to have lots of vegetables. However, I think she needs to cut down on her snacks and soft drink! Maybe she can have soy milk and nuts instead of chips n coke. :)
